The commission was to create a distinctive residential & office building for a garment factory in the industrial zone. The concept was to consider the formation of a modern living & working space into the natural environment. The spatial sequence of the houses is intentionally organized as repeated movements facing the stunning natural view of green field.

Designers offer occupants with a taste for authentic industrial modernist architecture into the factory building. The proposition necessitates the imposing facades taking on important functions as providing both shading and rain protection. The generous span of the building space gives the edge to the facade’s black metal roof and the extensive balcony boundary, thus enhance and soften the exterior’s industrial character with natural warmth and a distinctly modern touch, which creates harmony between the units of dormitory and the surrounding green rice field.
