The program requirement is to create an inspiring and healthy workplace of the office building. Biophilic aspect were implemented in the interior and exterior concept, by harmonizing the physical, virtual, and social world of work, which includes plants, rooftop-terrace, and the building's yard. 

At each alternate level, the extensive balconies from each units, serving as deep communal space also allow light to enter and strengthen the connection to the exterior environment. The intelligent work spaces combined with the plantation and greenery provide a comfortable working space.
